If it's anything like the Sporeggar , getting the required reputation level is much more difficult than getting the turn-in tokens. Oh, and there's a repair vendor there, which is always pleasant.

Also, all dragons have a chance to drop a depleted item. So far I've killed Obsidia for a depleted badge which is combined with 50 shards to make Badge of Tenacity which gives agi for 20 seconds upon use, with 50 charges. Also has armour. Comment by Allakhazam the quest start has a few funnels but i know for a fact you can start it from an ogre sitting ontop of a tower near the circle of blood in blades edge.
Once youve done all of them hel send you on a couple more big bad ogre killer quests once youve done those hel send you to ogri la and your all set. There i believe that answers your questions. Didn't find anything new near the Cricle of Blood. Checked back with Grok in lower city, nothing there. Oh, by the way as of , people have been reporting problems with the last quest in the chain to get nuetral with og Sometimes the boss that spawns doesn't let everyone loot his reward, so you have to do it again, and again, and again Talked to a GM about this,gilneas server's Xinatrac and he said "unfortuneately, there is no working solution yet, but we are working on it," he goes on to say that he cannot just give you the quest reqard even though the quest is bugged.
