I love the actual hair by Cinderella but everything else about it …the most important parts like the hair staying in is downright horrible. Please, Cinderella, please make your product better. Very disappointed. Extremely disappointed with Cinderella. Waste of money! This was one of the first hair extension companies I used.
They were and still are at every show with their outdated black and pink stand. The quality of this product has really gone down hill and the customer service was good; they were my first so I will always think of them fondly but I cannot use them on my clients any more….. Absolutely loved these extensions! I love the way they blended in with my real hair. They were super soft and smooth as well. Very easy to take care of too! Also a great price for the quality you get with these extensions.
The hair quality seems good and the colors are beautiful. Cinderella hair was one of the first tape extension brands that I used in the salon. Very similar to most other types of tape extensions. For some reason with specific clients I had trouble with the bonds slipping out of the hair. Eventually I had to switch to another brand. I got my extensions for Prom and my hair has never looked better. They blend so well and look extremely natural.
